Quotes are estimates
Prices shown by the website are estimates pending Hustleflow Freight approval. A submitted request or temporary schedule hold is not a confirmed load. Service is confirmed only after Hustleflow reviews the freight, final rate, availability, and the authorized customer representative accepts the load-specific confirmation.
Authority and electronic acceptance
When you check an agreement box or select “Accept & confirm load,” you state that you are authorized to act for the named company. Hustleflow records the account email, name, title, date and time, agreement version, and a copy of the displayed load details to document that acceptance.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate addresses, appointment times, pallet counts, weights, freight descriptions, contacts, and special requirements. Changes may affect price, equipment suitability, or availability and may require a revised confirmation.
Load confirmation
Each load-specific confirmation includes the route, stops, schedule, pallet count, weight, freight description, final price, and payment method then shown. A material change made before pickup may require a new or revised written acceptance. A customer’s accepted electronic record is retained with the load history.
Scheduling
Pickup requests are accepted Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Deliveries may finish later. Pending request holds may expire if not approved, and Hustleflow may pause new requests when unavailable.
Add-ons
The first additional stop is free. Charges begin with the second additional stop. Urgent service, waiting time, weight adjustments, and special handling may add charges or require manual approval as shown in the quote form.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account. Do not use another company’s email or attempt to access records that do not belong to you.
Contact
Questions should be sent to dispatch@hustleflowlogistics.net.
These website terms do not replace a signed rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, bill of lading, or other governing service agreement. Qualified transportation counsel should review them before broad commercial use.
